no offences but the RSN no.3 uniform is my least favoutite. don’t like the golden ranks and white epaulette for the NCOs.

RSN (at least for officers, others I don't know) and RSAF both black epaulette.

no. 3 epaulette colours:
Army: green
RSAF: navy blue (not black)
RSN: white

the same applies for specialists and officers. the differences in their no. 3 is only

1. the colour of their belt buckles: silver for specialists, gold for officers
2. rank stripes: gold for officers, different colours for specialists depending on service (green for army, navy blue for rsaf, gold for rsn)
