FDPA is under the Commonwealth defence link (& also partly
when Britain & ANZAC will most likely come to our aid if we
ever get invaded).
For bilateral exercises with our neighbors, I can think of 2: Ex
Semangat Bersatu (for the SAF & the MAF) & Ex Malapura (for
the RSN & the RMN).
