Yes...... Non-combat vocations (especially clerks) and prohibited for staying in.

BTW I have heard that Malaysia did have gays enlisted in their NS and something incredible and ridicious happens. Don't know whether it's true or not. Rolling Eyes

i think depends on his superior bah. if the fella is fucked up and everyone hates him, they could probably charge him for giving false information.

but then, a 302 that wants to serve NS as per normal, and even makes it through OCS will most probably not have any attitude problems? seeing how he's making an effort to NOT avoid the physical training that a large no. of straight men are making a huge effort to avoid.

Gay men might find it easier to serve in NS and reach leadership roles if they do not declare and are not found/caught in compromising situations.I would not find such a gay man guilty of misleading and lying since he has not done anything detrimental to the image of the Army and we do need as much combat-fit people as possible.Effeminate guys find it very much tougher, even though they might be straight, but stereotypes have made it so much easier for them to be lumped into the 302 category.
