the position where u sew your rank is also important too. sewing
too high up is not nice, sewing too low is worse especially when u
fold smart 4, cover up the rank.
there was this sgt, he sew his rank too low, when he fold his smart
4, it totally cover up his rank, people see liao thought he was a
PTE.
