Hey guys, if I'm talking about foreign talent, is it inclusive
of foreign students who com to sg to study through
scholarship?
It depends on the individual's perception I guess.
Someone could view anyone foreign = foreign talent...I think
this train of thought is quite popular.
Some prefer to emphasize on the 'talent' bit. However there
could be differing views over that as well.
For e.g. talent is usually associated with an ability to do a
task that few others can. The skill being a rarity.
However some would argue that to have a common skill and do it
cheaper then anyone else could be considered a rarity as well.
Summary...it's what you take of it.
