Thanks, I am. When you lived on a freehold landed property, when
you are on full retirement there isn't any monthly maintenance fee
unlike when you live in the condominium which will cost RM300 to
maybe RM500 per month. However, you need to maintain the condition
of the house...and for me I enjoy doing DIY handyman kind of things
to past time but if I can't handle it then I will simply call the
local handyman to do it for me.

I am planning to save $ first...when I had saved enough, I'll
retire!
