hmm mutiny....punishable by death...hmm..well your Unit does
reserve the right to call u to take your SOC before u ORD, though
your SOC window has closed, yup they can't do anything to u ,
but
in order to ORD, you MUST PASSyour 2nd yr SOC, provided your in a
combat vocation 
, so therefore, your
Unit still can call u back to make u pass your SOC before u can ORD
..simple as that =)
