Suicides in the army

Hi, I’m doing a little research on suicides in the military and am wondering if anyone has encountered any real life cases of personnel who commited or attempted suicide while in NS (especially in camp). What was it like and what was the procedure following such tragic events?

i think we all agree that this can be a rather sensitive and controversial issue, both for the personnel involved in any way, and the organisation.

i certainly hope you are genuine and not just trying to dig up some corpses and rake up some dirt.

im sure the issue will be handled sensitively, for the dignity of the unfortunate and everyone related to him/her.
