NPCC one (which is the same as the SPF one) is 100% polyester.
It actually dosent get creased that easily under normal
circumstances, and I even got by a few times wearing the pants from
the washing machine without ironing. Of coz it does look crumpled
on close inspection lah. 
For the SAF no.3, only the pants is also polyester loh. The shirt
is the one giving problems I suppose. But it seems a little
thick?
Anyway, I dont really like how they added the pleats to the pants.
Maybe its "healther" 
but overall looks less smart to me.
