larrenV2.003 SG My XO is the best........ That time i almost kenna posted out by CC. But he fight for me to stay on in my unit till i ORD. Cuz that time my health not so good always pua peh & the CC thinks that i'm not productive so my XO stood up infront of his superiors & my CC saying that it is not fair to descriminate a PES E soldier like me for my medical conditions. So i stay on until one year later he left the force because he always kena arrowed down after my stay on case. Felt so bad & instead pay my compliments for his duty as an XO. *MAJ CHONG* all the best..... To all NSF who thinks officer are a bunch of wayang soldier....now must prove to u all that u r all freakingly wrong to have this kind of mindset. My XO is one example........ who care for his men Remember the core values: Care For Soldiers

kopiosatu SG Once my current EO leaves, he can be placed as unforgettable. Not for what he has done for me, but what he has done for the squadron. Other than that... everyone is just a colleague to me. Just that they do the planning and get more money.
