well, well, Private. u POP from BMT and your future now parts into 2 paths. as a commander or as a man. for those of u who has choosen not to handle responsibilty or just not luckly/worthly enough to be choosen into SISPEC or OCS, your nxt 2 years+ is pretty much "chiong suah" till u ORD.

so, any thing about being a man, feel free to post/ask anything here.

well, there are also the type of man who don’t need to chiong suah. namely RP n MP. receive combat pay somemore, not bad right?

actually there are ways to go from man to commander. like the spec 2 course @ SMM where they promoted outstanding medic trainees to 3SG instructors.

many specialist courses are conducted for CPL, and when they complete the course they will be promoted to 3SG. these courses can even be conducted at the units.

one is the 2 weeks course ..
the other is a 12 week course ...

Where do Gays or Fake Gays go to? Which department are they placed in? Is it true you can escape NS by declaring urself gay?

no, u can't escape NS even if u are gay. u will be posted to service vocation like clerk loh. btw, gays are excused from guard duty...

BTW some gays are in CS type also but they can book out everyday 8-5 like that.

i really havent heard of someone who falsified his sexual orientation just to get away from NS. apart from the potentially long lasting and wide ranging implications, what does it show about the person? and to make false declarations is also a crime, liable for charge.
