How do I transfer money from POSB bank to OCBC

So I am suppose to transfer money to someone throughmy bank account how am I suppose to do it its my first time doing it so i need some info :)

I am using an ATM card and on the Current savings plan. Also I am only 15 <---Just in case if it matters.
