actually depend how kiasu/see your OC is lah.
Some believe recruits are dumb enough to lose grenades, so he would
ask you all to make the yakult ones.
Some use "miniature" sandbags.
But some more confident OCs use a fully functional dummy grenade,
these cost $60/each, this is where you actually get to pull the
ring and the lever would fly off.
BUt most companies practice using the solid blue rubber ones.
