he said the civil service will implement the 5 day work week
when they are ready. it means all government bodies will implement
that, as long as they are ready to do so.
staying operational does not mean not able to have the 5 day work
week. duty personnel would not be affected (other than compensation
for duties), and of course, training must not be affected. but
training programmes may have to be adjusted.
