Basically you busted a little of the inside of the knee cap(the
fella that you can move). I really cannot remember exactly what
kind of pes grading you will get but if i am not wrong, you should
be permanently downgraded.
You should take between 3 to 6 months to recover. Recovery means
able to move around comfortably without problems. However if you
jump, squat and run, your injury might recur.

The above reply was from our residential MO and i like to ask a few
question....
1) Do you guys know what PES status will i get as i just return
from a operation at Alexander hosepital
2) Is it that once there is a surgery done, you will be downgraded
premmernaly as this si being told to me by my BC...
