stay in & nights off

hello, may i noe that if the camp requires us to stay in, we can get nights off like from 1730hrs to 2359hrs as long as there r nothing to do at night?

u're going for course huh?
usually if there's no activity the following morning, there is a high chance for a night's off.

but bear in mind, nights off are privileges, not entitlement.

Some less operational or active unit allows their servicemen own time own target after 1730 hrs. If it’s a stay in unit then they must book in by 2359 or whatever time stipulated by their commanders. Those who perform shift duties may even have stay out previleges.

agree. rather than having the default thinking of having nights off and all, have the mindset that these don't come by easily. then u won't be overtly disappointed if they don't come, and u will be happier being more mentally prepared too.

the book in time is decided by your commanders. normally from 2230 to 2359

Technican (For NSF, not regular) is for the following people:
1) OOC personnel
2) Obese personnel
3) Personnel with conditional BMT passes
4) Personnel who failed BMT
5) PES C personnel

Most of them will be posted to OETI to take a course there...... (For AETI and the navy one I'm not very sure about it)

Technican is divided into several sectors --
1) A Vehicle -- You are unlucky if u are posted to this...... It is for tanks.......
2) B Vehicle -- For tunnels?
3) C Vehicle -- For smaller vehicles?
4) Small armour -- To repair weapons like rifies
5) Comms -- For signal.......

Normally you will have to wait for the course to start and that period you will be asked to do nothing except paperwork at either OETI, HQ MES which is besides OETI or they will attach you to some other camps temporary until the course starts..........

Yes, if you are in 6DSMB, OETI, GSMB.It depends mainly on the kind of technician you are and the unit policy.If you are posted to a combat unit, you will be under HQ Coy, meaning you will definitely get your nights off.At the discretion of your S4 or QM, RQMS etc, you could negotiate for stay out.If you are posted to Air Force, the policy may differ and I’m not too sure about their side.Anyway, what vocation of technician are you?
