posted to a vocation in pulau tekong?
Tiz is not true at all lar.
2) is it true that before recourse, ooc personnels had to change
vocations many times?
Tiz is also not true, u will hardly interchange btw
vocations coz it will require u to go for different kind of
training n courses for ur vocation.
3) the mo said he gave me 3 months to recover and then he will be
asking me for recourse but what if i can't recover fully in time
when i was called up for recourse? will they force me to do bmt
even though i haven't recover?
As long as u feel that u r not physically fit to go for a
recourse, u can tok to ur MO during the FFI for the recall, if he
realli bo hiew den go n see u specialist n c wat he can do abt it.
n the FFI will be conducted in the camp u r posted to so u muz see
the S1 n MO garang a not. if S1 garang will realli pester u to go
BMT everi 3 mths n if MO garang will send u back no matter wat prob
u bring it up.
4) although the mo said he gave me 3 months to recover but in the
mc slip it didn't said i was excused from anything for a period of
time i.e attend b for 3 months etc and temperary downgrade. i find
it very confused.
If u realli need excuses juz go n report sick in ur new
camp for the specific status u required. or go to a specialist n
tell them ur condition n they will most prob write a memo for u to
endorse in camp accordingly
5) are ooc personnels often being posted to a vocation he's not
suitable in i.e a very small sized person being posted as a
storeman?
Eh sad to sae physical condition such as built is not
considered. But if u got the appropriate status it wld be diff. e.g
if u r excused heavy weight or dust they will most prob not post u
to be a storeman. n education level do play a small part as well.
aniting below a 'A' level or diploma u will have a higher chance to
be a GE storeman or driver. Aniting above 'A' n Dip will give u a
beta chance of being a Comms storeman n clerk

hope tiz helps
If you have "A" levels or Diploma, you could be posted to the
technical vocations in either of the three Services.OETI(Ordance
Engineering Training Institute,AETI(Air Engineering Training
Institute) and INTO(Institute of Naval Technology and
Operations).I'm not sure about the latter two but at OETI, you will
be trained as a Specialist, meaning you will get your 3SG
rank. However, you injury must meet the inclusion factors in the
vocation directory. So, this is one other avenue besides being a
Storeman or clerk you might end up in.
