as a freelance self employ, the new ippt system just dun work
for us. if you fail ippt the RT make it worst.
freelance meaning you work than you get pay, more so for those like
me getting day rate type. if assignment (all on last min notice)
going for mths how to go for RT.(info, my day rate range from $135
to $220) this week have 8 days assignment but cannot get because of
RT. total lost $1440. cannot claim at
all.
you may say can defer... yaya, missed the window, you go back RT1
all over again. assignment or work dun just stop for you because
you going for IPPT or RT. you dun have time to work others
have.
Which is more important work or IPPT/RT. Needless to say work.
downgrade is the way out liao.
For those thinking where got so easy. say downgrade will get
downgrade. as long you got history back in active time, C2L9 easy
easy.
really dun feel like it as i enjoy ICT very much... hazi...
whoever top brass reading this, i think it time you ppl look into
this now as more and more ppl are going freelance.
