Attending Medical Board

Dear all,

I've heard from other people that during a pending downgrade (PES D), we will be asked to attend a Medical Board at CMPB.

Can I ask what are the things to expect during this medical board? Will a panel of Medical Officers interview you? Is there some way to prepare myself for this board in advance?

Can someone please clarify? Can Saabster please clarify?

The Medical Board is less grand than it sounds... show up on time, bring all supporting documents, and don't lose your cool if things don't go the way you want!
