COC parade is for Commander BMTC, COL Lo YP.
Followed by SAF Day parade.
Fainting during parade, try not to faint. This will COL Lo's last
parade before retiring. Give him a good parade for he lead us to
what BMTC is now and fought for our welfare.
As for being charged, in "theory" yes. But you can't really charged
a recruit fainting as his body is not conditioned yet.
