Recently, I have received several nonsensical SMS from a particular number. When I rang up singtel,
they say there is no ID tied to this number. The contents of the
SMS is very disturbing and depressing.
I will be lodging a police report, but will the Telco or the
police be able to trace and prosecuted this person .
Anyone can comment?
