kY|e-_-o SG dont know whether u guys heard this story before... but anyway here goes.. hee In this particular bunk.. there was this recruit who would wake up in the middle of the night, switch on the lights and start to ransack his locker... this of course created a ruckus which woke all his bunk mates up. When they ask him what was he looking for, he would only mutter that he was looking for something but he didnt know what was it and that he had to find that something no matter what. this of course went on for a few nights and all his bunk mates being irritated with his strange behavior and his waking them up for no reason, threatened to report him. but still.. this guy would still wake up every night and continue his strange routine. his bunk mates finally reported him to the CO and the CO also came down in the middle of the night to see this strange phenomenon He questioned this recruit but could not get a reasonable reply and thus refered him to the MO who refered him to a psychologist. After days of counselling and stuff, the psychologist deduced that he had a mental problem and to be discharged from national service for further treatment. On that day of discharge, that recruit went back to his bunk to collect his personal belongings from his locker. His CO happened to past by and decided to ask him sarcastically whether he had found that 'something' he was searching for all the time. The recruit broke into a triumphant smile and held up a small pink plastic card... " Yes sir! my pink IC !! " hahahhahaa... dunno its true not..
zenmaster SG This happened during one of my ICT. One of my men reported sick and got 14 days excused IPPT and heavy load. Another produced medical letter saying he got mild stroke before. These 2 chaps practically slept through the previous ICT. Reported them to S1. They put on their uniform and go to the field after S1 asked them to be out-pro.
