octega SG I think depend on MO right? Even if u want remain clerk, but he ask you go chiong sua, u also lan lan one mah, vice versa.
wuming78 SG in the end to upgrade u need to go for medical review or even medical board. and to get a chance for tt u should haf a specialists' letter. if the specialist thinks u r ok to upgrade den mabbe u can give it a go. else its not worth potentially harming urself.
