no prob. another way is for performing 3SG to be sent to PS cse,
and be appointed as NSF PS after they come back from the cse,
thereby gaining the 2SG rank.
for 2LT to reach LTA, it usually takes one yr of service. this is
std - no need to attend cse or anything. jus dun screw up big time.
