wuming78 SG i suspect not. anyway c1 c2 c9 the diff is whether or not one can take ippt. l1 and l3 jus determines where u can be deployed.
LazerLordz SG Yes.C9L? can become a technician, but you will be a base level tech mostly due to your status.Im personally C9L2, armament spec tech..so there I guess..
