BMT not that scary lah, everyday got hardworking aunties to cook good food to eat (western food very good!) , bed to sleep (king koil), don't even need to wash your own plates. So enjoy it! hehe. Mr. Green

if u keep doing daily its normal tt at some point the number u can do will decrease cos o fatigue. but when u recover u will almost certainly be able to do more.
