Usually i run for a silver timing as i can't jump 234cm most of
the time. But during one ippt, i manage to jump 234cm after a few
remedial training. I decide to try for gold, but.................
9mins 49secs!!!! 
Run until
going to collapse and couldn't get gold.... haiz.....
