I believed Capitol should have offer yee siang liao...
It's always the first resturant in Singapore to offer and the
last place which still sells after other place stop...
That said, alot of ppl like the crab roe noodle there, but I
find it so so nia...
my sis suggested soft shell crab yee sang instead of the usual
salmon yee sang for cny eve dinner
