I assigned an engineer to fly to a job this morning, he missed
it because he thought its tomorrow. The flight itinerary was sent
out last tuesday, even before the customer sent in their PO.
Geez, had to rush to reissue another flight tomorrow morning,
apologise to customer, all on a sunday, while on another job.
His excuse, he didn't renew his password, (our office requires
us to renew server access passwords every 3 months, reminders come
in everyday when left 14 days). So he didn't receive mail for the
past whole week, even though he was in last tuesday, we briefed him
flying sunday, boarding monday, check mail for updates.
