i think it was tamago who first said it so i googled

jialat i don't remember... i'm using SML 活血透骨膏 if it's aching due to exercise, but the packet of 5 pcs i can take half a year to finish cos i only use if the aching causes weakness (in strength) of my muscles and hinder me from simpler tasks like commuting to office that kind.

have you ever encountered a self-imposed shopping ban where you get bored of spending money on things that may have been worth more spent elsewhere, and you start buying things only if they are only really worth it?

i think usually i won't want to eat with them if they buay zi dong more than twice in a row, so no-go if it's a habit thing.

but eating in large groups is indeed stressful. remembered the last time i was given the task of collecting money from colleagues for a farewell lunch, took over 2 weeks. had to bring loose change so that they can't say they don't have small notes or enough coins.
