I like to bring the dirty tricks used by the builders or contractors to suck more money from the customer. Here is the dirty tricks in the quotation.

1.Soil investigation(Required by BCA) - $2500

2.Topographical survey (Required by URA) - $3000

3.CCTV sewerage inspection (Required by CBPU) - $4000

4. Safety heath management (Required by MOM) - $10000

5.Pest control (Required by NEA) - $3000

Are those vaild requirement by Singapore authorities ? I hope Singapore Authorities can step in to stop such fraud immediately. Thank you.
