erijazz SG I love the beachhead sence in Saving PTE Ryan (beginning part of the movie), Hamburger Hill, Thin Red Line, Full Metal Jacket, We Were Soldier, Windtalker, Platoon Patriat and Brave Heart
wuming78 SG yes.. the first 30 mins of saving pte ryan is perhaps the best part of the movie. but it is also y its dvd is banned in spore! find thin red line too arty farty... heh
erijazz SG It's about the GI in Vietnam, the US Army General cliam that the Hamburger Hill is the the key and critical terrain for their advance and attemto capture it. After the GI had capture the Hamburger Hill wif lots of infantry being sacrified, the General decided to abandon that objective.
kopiosatu SG In the end the got the hill... only to abandon it and the Viet Cong went to occupy it again... moronic GIs
