Just buy the flat/condo and place a red ribbon in front of the
apartment's front door, then bring your 'dear' in front of the red
ribbon with a plate of scissor and propose the 'will you marry me'
crap and if she do, she can cut open the red ribbon and enter the
house. So far nobody had try this idea.
