Anyone know where to buy raincoat?

Pretty much did my search in most shopping malls but couldn't find a single raincoat except for umbrella which I obviously can't hold it when I'm cycling if it rains halfway. So raincoat is better for me.

anyone know where I can get one (preferably blue) just in case when I'm cycling, it rains, at least I have something to take cover?

fairprice islandwide got sell, a little bit like poncho army style. but i suggest getting one that has some belt secure- danagerous to have loose material floating around when you cycle in speed. later caught tangled with passing vehicles accident bad.
