Noisy renovation eg drilling and hammering by contractor can do
for half a year? cuz the flat above mine has been doing it since
july last yr. Sometimes they drag tools during late night and drill
and hammer in weekends. I call the company of the contractor in
sept, they apologize to me and tell me it'll be done before
nov, then i call them again they say will be done before end
of year, and now the year already over....
the permit they stick on the wall outside already expire dunno how
long ago.
Never get to see the owner, and i'm really fed up with it cuz
gonna exam soon. If call hdb,police got use? i see from some other
