Maya061 SG wow..crab..i oso like !!! crab = kepiting. do you know that there's crab that u can eat the whole with it's shell (or it's skin ???). we called it "kepiting soka" here. but quite expensive.

the Bear SG hi maya it's a hectic morning here... the usual warzone in the morning here jumping in here when my brain breaks down and stalls... i hate morning shifts sms? yes figure you would have gone to sleep so did not want to disturb you... poor thing.. did you bring something warm to wear? if not, drink lots of warm water or tea, it helps i think the warm water or tea will help with the headache too... i hope you got enough sleep last night.. poor girl.. been so tired from late nights recently... but.. the weekend's near! hope you will have a good one!
Maya061 SG hmmm....busy busy busy....everyone is busy today. well...i'm sure u can handle all the problem there. yup, i got my blue jacket and feel warm oredi now. i slept right away after. so i guess i had enough sleep but however still a bit sleepy now. will go out of town this weekend (if i'm not too tired) with my aunts n cousins. if too tired then will just go to my friend's b-day, will have exercise on sunday with a friend. if too damn tired and lazy..will just sleep at home..hehe..
the Bear SG good good.. keep warm, keep dry... blue jacket? rainy there or is it cold? or the airconditioning has gone mad like some do once in a while? one time at the office, it went mad, got so cold it killed my pretty red fighting fish it gets cold here only at nightshift... but i got this thing that looks like a trenchcoat warm you're getting some exercise wonderful.. i should too.. maybe tomorrow i'll hang around after work, go to the gym here or something haven't done any exercises for more than a year! do have a wonderful time in the weekend... i plan to imitate an immobile object and just rot in my room
Maya061 SG err..should i say it's a coat or wad ??? i mean the colour is blue..hehe..and it's really make me warm. geeezzz....that must be really cold until ur fish's dead. jakarta is sunny and bright...errr...hot !!! yeah..do some exercise pls...going to the gym like inzaghi (the gym crazy ). my friend told me to do some exercise with his sister since i began to get fat..haha.. and felt so sick last week. actually i did last week by myself. felt so much better after and exercise could somehow make u a little more cheerful (or issit only me ??? ). will do nothing on weekend ??? maybe should go to library (whatta a boring suggestion..hehe...), or swimming...
the Bear SG good that you're keeping warm still a madhouse here at work... sneaking time in between cases and handling little things here and there to come in here here in office, i'm in the basement so don't even know what weather it is.. looks sunny from the little bit of space where we can see outside at the cargo complex and in your pics, you don't look fat exercise.. i should.. but i'm lazy see how the weekend goes.. i really enjoy being lazy and doing nothing feel like a sloth
Maya061 SG hi !!! just got back fm lunch. have u lunch ? i ate rice+macaroni soup+a little bit spinach & tofu+ little fish (how do i call it ??? ikan teri ?) and y'know it only cost me Rp. 3.000 (S$ 0.60)..haha..very damn cheap, eh ? and the taste also good. u look pretty busy, eh ??? well...i was wrong..i think it's going to rain outside. bet in sg also the same. hehe...i just gain 3 kilos recently...still not fat but...all my jeans are so tight tight tight now... so really should do some exercise to make me look more tough..haha.. i use dumbles, wanna have muscle so i dun look so weak i'll drag u out everyday when i'm there , lazying around isn't healthy lor.. do something...jogging would be nice ... or...just walking around the neighbourhood...see some kids playing in the street (i wonder if there any in sg ???), or...join kopi for a football game... that's really good !!!!
the Bear SG wah.... 60cents won't get anyone a canned drink in singapore busy today.. morning shifts on weekdays (especially fridays) are always busy it's good to exercise.. i should get some kinda routine going on but i'm lazy muscle mass is always good.. i should do that too.. getting too scrawny for my own good now haven't done any serious exercise since my back injury in '96... but then, it was pretty bad and the docs said i shouldn't be doing any heavy exercises which means football is totally out knees can't take it anyway but i lost some weight which is good.. all my pants are way too loose now should go get some new ones as for football in the streets in singapore? too many cars around do come over and we'll go walk around bring you around.. just remembered yesterday when i was stuck at the shopping mall after the seminar tere is an omni-theater there.. see what's showing there... or the one near the science centre.. that one is a big one i like the 3D things that are shown going to hand over duties in 1/2 hour time been a long day for me hope yours isn't half as busy
Maya061 SG haha..that's why i said living in indonesia is still the best, just dun think too much of the suck government then u'll be quite happy here. great !!! that means u'll be going home soon or that means no more working on the field today ??? not so busy, just still sleepy and can fall asleep anytime now on my desk..zzz...zzz.. ouch..injury.. hope it's alright now...right then dun do anything too hard / heavy yah..just jog around and do some push-ups and sit-ups or biking should be fine. i love 3D movies. only got 2 places here to watch here, one in the fantasy world and one in the miniature garden...too far fm my house. well...everywhere is far here. must have ur own car / bike, else u'd be stuck in the worst public transportation in the world !!! the good thing is..u can still playing football in any open area here. even on sunday on the main street, since it's blocked for all kind of transportation on sunday.
the Bear SG back in my room injury, long time ago all right now later tonight i gotta try to write that report i could not even attempt to write today coz of the insanity of work.. 3 or 4 of my colleagues did not even have time to go eat lunch! oh well... it was a warzone and we've all knocked off
