Complain: Tip-off on Mr Old Nric No: S25XXXXX/X for using his
biological illegitimate son to obtain student pass and grant
accompanying mother to his China Mistress Police Report

1) The local sponsor was introduced by an unknown person. This fact
was disclosed by Mr Old when we were on talking
terms.
2) I suspect that Mr Old had paid the sponsor a sum of money
to become his biological illegitimate son for the boy to obtain a
long-term pass and a student pass to study in Singapore.
3) The local sponsor was suspected to have made a false statement
on the declaration and sponsorship form as the local sponsor is not
related to the boy in any ways. They are also not staying together
from the date the boy reached Singapore.
4) I wish that ICA can further investigate into the local sponsor
for making a false statement for the boy’s long term pass and
student pass.
5) Because of this local sponsor, the boy’s biological father(Mr
Old) can cohabit together with the boy’s mother without the
knowledge of the authority.
6) The boy is actually Mr Old’s biological child whose name is
Jiang Haoo and is currently schooling in QXXXNXXX Primary School.

7) Mr Old is abusing the loopholes in the system and his
illegitimate family is currently residing in a rented house at Blk
1XX HUDC Condominium.
