the Bear SG feel better still a little bit out of sorts but i think it's coz i was lapsing in and out of consciousness for the past 3 days i hate that type of medication later gotta go to work oh, i watched some of the football last night.. arsenal was held to 0-0 by fulham... and dropped to 2nd place... wah piang, attack the whole game and can't get past the fulham goalie.. the guy top form!!

the Bear SG in my room watching tv now... i wonder what drives these people who run the adventure-endurance racing things... i mean, climbing, canoeing, swimming, biking, horse-riding, running... everything in 12 days! why torture themselves?
