the Bear SG i recommend chicken essense although it makes me projectile vomit (serious!) it's supposed to be good

the Bear SG i think we're about the same when it comes to that vile black stuff... i forced it down my throat before... and seconds later, my dinner came out with it it's that bad but, again, it's good for people who can stand the yukky taste.. i'd rather have chicken soup
