sorry, i am not too good at it but circumstantial evidence is
good enuff evidence to be admissible. a similar case arose when the
gf of some chap drowned while scuba-diving with him and she had
taken up an insurance policy with the bf as the beneficiary. altho
there was no murder weapon, the circumstances were such that it led
to the conviction of that guy (his name is Sunny Ang).
