work will always remain work lor.. like me, i'm attached out of
my company.. and i feel very detached from my parent company.. but
learnt to enjoy the plus points here, like more predictable timings
less OTs.. hehe...
i also feel like starting out on my own.. but my idea wouldn't
probably interest both of you 
i want to start a retail shop for computer and console
games like playstation and xbox but need lots of money to do that..
