the Bear SG lucky i went to the physician last night was kinda told off by him... yesterday, i sat down at my office desk and never got off the desk for 5 hours.. worsening the backache but i had a paper to write.... today, must remember to stretch you don't work too hard yah? if i remember correctly, you gotta work tonight too... must get enough rest, yah?
