Liverpool no match for them . Not this season , if we cannot beat Birmingham , we can forget about beating MU , not that they are good , we are bad !!

I would be surprised if we can hold them at Old Trafford .

I dun even hope for any victory

My prediction : MU 3 - Liverpool 0

theyj SG

I predict 2-1 MU win but really hope Liverpool can pull off a miracle.

ASKL! SG

dont have high hopes for this game..

but trying to be optimistic :)

Poolman SG

Liverpool now it's like broken jigsaw , need sometime to get back into the picture .

Poolman SG

One win , one lost and two draws , summed up .

Losing 3-0 to Man City is bad . Now Man Utd , one of the strongest team in BPL .

Lucky was that Valencia out for the whole season .

I hope Dirk Kuyt will be back for this match , not likely though .

Xtian Poulsen still kalang kabok .

Konchesky injured last week .

Dunno if Joe Cole playing or not ?

Poolman SG

Reina

Skrtel / Kyrgiakos or Carragher ( Centre halves )

Glenn Johnson ( right back )

Agger or ( left back )

Let's put 4 towering backs at the backline , and when corners and set pieces , torment MU with those aerial threats .

I love to see Fabio Aurelio in the squad against MU , i love his free kicks .

ASKL! SG

just don't play maxi and lucas. sub with raul and gerrard. then play babel upfront with torres.

ASKL! SG

possbile XI:

       RIGHT-BACK
      CENTRE BACK
      CENTRE BACK
        LEFT-BACK

CENTRE MIDFIELD
CENTRE MIDFIELD

              RIGHT WING
         ATTACKING MIDFIELD
               LEFT WING

Medicated Oil SG

If Ah Roy is more adventurous with the midfield and push joe up front, Liverpool can win this match.

Liverpool should be able to win this match.

Man Utd 1 Liverpool 2

ASKL! SG

i fancy cole to command the right wing and gerrard to play attacking midfield.

with poulsen and miereles controlling the midfield

Yo Poolman, long time no see you here! Anyway I think draw is not impossible but liverpool win will be hard. Man U players so many over the hill already like giggs, scholes, van der sar, I doubt they can contribute. Im going to buy a liverpool win, wish me luck!

ASKL! SG

problem of our team : defenders.

Medicated Oil SG

I was observing the behaviour of ah roy during the match.

He dun seem to be confident that his charges can bring him the results.

I am more worried from his body language.

Unless Liverpool can remove the Ticks from ownership and get new funds by Jan 2010, Liverpool will be having the most difficult season in its history.

ASKL! SG

full report to follow.

liverpool is very poor in defending.
especially in set pieces.

whenever the ball is in the air, defenders lose their marks.
they scramble for the very rashly.

man utd should be given at least 2 penalties tbh.

Rooney9 SG

liverpool is still a 2 man team, gerrard and torres.

ASKL! SG

liverpool is still a 2 man team, gerrard and torres.

i beg to differ..

torres didn't get any ball in the first half.

only in the 2nd half he did. i think poulsen did ok today.. better than how he played at birmingham last week.

miereles had an ok game.

but based on what liverpool have now.. they can't challenge against the likes of chelsea and man city..

their passing in general is awful.

but not as awful as their defending..

Medicated Oil SG

It is normal behaviour from a man utd fan when they have a victory.

The more worrying issues is maxi did not perform well and joe cole was relatively quiet tonight.

Not sure whether ah roy is deploying a more defensive tactics.

As for ber's third goal, jamie is getting old liao and have difficulties in tracking him.

The second goal was a good goal.

No giving excuse but the reality is the expectations for Liverpool have to realistic now if fresh funds and players dun come in at Jan 2011.

New problems u got ?

Rafa was out , u got your wish .

Now wish Hicks out .

Poolman SG

Told you all right ?

We cannot beat them one la , base on our current form .

So what we scored 2 goals ?

I am not proud , cos it was not from open play , from set pieces , oh phui la .
