AC Milan midfielder Mathieu Flamini is in the sights of
Liverpool.
Milan sources say Liverpool
have approached the Rossoneri to open talks over the former
Arsenal midfielder.
Liverpool chief scout Eduardo
Macia was spotted in Milan yesterday, sparking speculation of
transfer talks with both AC Milan and Inter. Flamini would arrive
as a direct replacement for Inter target Javier Mascherano.
The France international has refused to close the door on a
return to England after admitting frustration over a lack of
regular match time with the Rossoneri.
