Hi, i going to stay in singapore and I remembered that my fren used to tell me that it is illegal to be naked even in your own apartment, after doing some searching around, i found this

Any person who appears nude —

(a)

in a public place; or

(b)

in a private place and is exposed to public view,

shall be guilty of an offence

"reference to a person appearing nude includes a person who is clad in such a manner as to offend against public decency or order."

While it is a easy to understand that fully nude is guilty of the offence but the underlined wordings has left a lot of grey area

does that mean even if one walking around inside his house wearing only briefs underwear, not fully nude, a kepo neighbour aunty saw that and decided to report. then will be guilty of the offence?

i have to say it is very subjective, but to be on the safe side just install curtain to prevent your neighbours from peeping at you.

For sure I wont be totally naked when i walk around my house as i wont be feeling comfortable doing that too. But even If one is cladded in only underwear that has full coverage of all the private parts at his home, also got chance to be considered nude?That is what i dont understand.Because everything private is not exposed and everything is just covered like a normal swim trunk. Btw, I wont be standing near windows like that

I will install curtains around the windows, just that sometimes when hot sunny day, living at lower floor, air will not circulate well and causing the indoor air to feel humid and hot and i got a sensitive skin problem that sensitive to heat and i will scratching like no tomorrow when i sweat. No $$ running aircon
