How long should I wait for MOE to reply?

I applied for a job as an allied educator...went for the interview..cleared the interview, submitted the documents and waited..and waited and waited.. but have yet to receive any response from MOE. I do not wish to call them AGAIN and get a..we are not sure about the outcome response. Should I just wait or give it up?

Usually the company/organisation will respond to you on the outcome of the interview irregardless of whether are you hired or not hired since you have attended one of the interview and I perceived it as the final round of the career interview.
