I hope this topic gets a good reception here.
Feel free to post anything about FM10 here, prefebably with
relation to Liverpool FC.
Let me start the ball rolling.
Currently on my 2nd season as Liverpool FC Manager, started my
first season with a ridiculously low transfer budget but managed to
up that to about 7m by selling off Dossena for 9m to Man City. Got
a couple of youngsters in like Nile Ranger, Areola, Thiago and
Coureff(sp).
Managed to finish the season as league champions 2 point cleared
of Manu, Arsenal was knocked out of top 4 by Man City and finished
6th behind Everton. I won the Champions League as well.
2nd season I had raked in about 90m in total for the club
through wins and stuffs but only given a 20m budget. I sold off
Aurelio to Milan for 8m hoping it would be added to my coffers but
only 3m was added.
Got in some english players like Bentley but he isn't doing
well. Signed Drenthe for 3m, Saviola for 9m and Bentley for 7m.
Initially wanted to get Santa Cruz for 5m but his wage demands were
too high.
