hey i went to toa payoh central ...it has a lot of optical shops
but both cheap and expensive ones....finally after much searching i
found one shop selling specs min was S$28 + free lens...didnt have
very good collection in the S$28 category but can't complain right
(that was the cheapest available although my target was S$10
hehee!) finally i bought one for 28SGD.
can't remember the shop name but it was just next to kfc and had
a store plus some displays outside the store marked S$28, S$38, etc
etc...thanks for ur suggestion..:-)
