After crashing out of the FA Cup , all thanks to our dear Lucas , let's get back to basic .

Gerrard injury , could miss this match .

Lucas is really a pain in my neck now ... first against Wigan , then Everton .

If Rafa persist in playing him , he could well lose his job , cos Lucas cost us plenty of points and $$$ this season .

Out of FA Cup means million of appearance $$$ and gate receipt down .

Poolman SG

Thank god Pompey not in their best of shape since Redknapp left them . Tony Adams on the verge of getting the boot .

Liverpool 1-0 .

Mr.Boombastic SG

well can take one positive from everton game... lucas wont start! cause of suspension! that twat have been screwing up every single game!

against pompey! rafa musnt take any chances to play skrtel! he should play hyypia instead cause crouch is slow and hyypia would own him in the air

Liverpool must win ba...

Poolman SG

No Lucas if he suspended .

No Gerrard got 3 weeks .

If i am Rafa , i will set-up this lineup ...

Reina

Hyypia / Skrtel ( centre halve )

Arbeloa ( right back )

Aurelio ( left back )

Carra infront of the 2 centrebacks ...

Alonso push upfront replacing Gerrard's position .

Mascherano will be my engine room .

Yossi and Babel on either wings .

Kuyt and Torres spearhead .

Poolman SG

I remember Gerrard was out for a few weeks , and we got something like 12 points out of 19 during his absence .

Poolman SG

Hope Crouch and Pennant don't add salt to our wounds .

dont worry. When gerrard was around, liverpool got 12 out of 21 points.

i’m sure pennant will be on fire! i do rate him; and he will provide the ammunitions for crouch….ouch!!!

haha, gerrard or not, the team has got to show the right spirit if we are serious abt the title challenge. 1 positive is tis is an away game which we tend to do well, and portsmouth’s defence is suspected after harry left! good time for us to get a morale-boosting win! Very Happy

1 more thing…juz who is tat fcuking programme-planner!!!

dun tink i’ve got to watch pool’s games “live” on decent hours for the past 1 month or so! our matches were either at midnite or early wee hours! gotta miss tis one again!

because that one season he played like a clown.

that season he tackled but give the ball back to the opponent

sissoko was good when he first arrived until he got the eye injury.

What has happened to Agger huh? He hasn’t been in the team for quite some time..Seems like he is not one of Rafa’s favourite unlike Lucas or Kuyt..

I thought Pennant is on loan to Portsmouth so we will definitely not allow him to play against us. Over the years, our former players have the habit of scoring against us but I hope Crouch will have a quiet game though it is likely that he will be extra-motivated for this game.

If you remember, we haven’t been doing well in those late Saturday games that are telecasted at 1.30am on Sunday..Bad omen…We drew a handful of those games as well as our only lost in the league to Tottenham on the same time slot.

farking nerve-breaking game.

after lucas, babel cannot wait to be the next joker in town. never have i that much desire to go down to the pitch and give babel a kick in his balls.

how the fark can a professional footballer missed such a sitter. i think my girlfriend would prob score from that distance. the worse part is about his inept in dribble, yet he always wanna do the impossible to cut thru 2-3 defenders.

i wont blame benitez even if the result was against the reds today because the selected players were playing very well except finishing the job. it is the dancing babel which makes my blood boils till the final whistle.
