Poolman SG vs Date : 7th April 2007 Day : Saturday Kick-Off Time : 10 pm Venue : Madejski Stadium Live Telecast : StarSports 24
Poolman SG No fat hope for a win at Reading . Me think Rafa will rest some key players like Stevie Gerrard for this match , as well as Dirk Kuyt . Fowler could be recall ..... alongside Crouch , i don't see why our form man be rested after laid off for so long . A draw 0-0 .
Poolman SG say ..... Reading's season is petering out a bit, perhaps not surprisingly after the fantastic first two-thirds they had. They are a bit short of numbers, which is something I'm sure Steve Coppell will address during the summer. Liverpool have the luxury of being able to rest players and change things around His Prediction : Liverpool 2-0
Poolman SG What the 2 managers said : Reading manager Steve Coppell: "This is a great time to play Liverpool and I mean that. "So this game I look upon as a really exciting celebration for us to be welcoming Liverpool, the team I watched as a boy to our stadium. "It is a fabulous occasion and one that we should not be intimidated by, whatever the result." Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez: "Steve has done a good job. They're well organised and at the beginning of the season they played with a high tempo. "With the campaign coming to an end they're still playing with that tempo. "Steve was the best Championship boss and he's shown he's a good Premiership manager too."

Poolman SG our second half were awful ...... i have to admit , we were lucky to win , any objection ? sometime we played well and lostr , today we played terrible and won ... Oh yes , Arsenal 0-1 to Westham .....
Airbus330Captain SG Come on man, at least we got the points ! You can't expect Liverpool to give 5 stars performance every match. They had a game during midweek and Reading did not so I was expecting a performance below par . It's the results that count. Look at Arsenal, play so well created so many chances but fail to score ( just like the Man Utd game) . Keep it going you REDS.
